Clinical Director | ACT | FRACGP Full-Time | Senior Leadership Opportunity An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced General Practitioner to step into a senior leadership role within a large, complex organisation delivering integrated health and wellbeing services to a diverse community. This position will suit a clinically credible leader who is passionate about shaping the future of healthcare delivery in a multidisciplinary environment, while still maintaining a component of clinical practice. The Opportunity Reporting directly to an Executive leader, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and operational performance of a well-established health service. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across medical and mental health disciplines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. You will also play a key advisory role to senior stakeholders, contributing to policy development, risk management, and organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary health team Drive strategic initiatives aligned with organisational objectives Oversee service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement Act as a trusted advisor on health, wellbeing, and risk-related matters Lead critical incident response and health risk management strategies Develop and implement programs promoting community health and wellbeing Maintain a component of clinical practice About You Specialist General Practitioner (MBBS or equivalent) Current AHPRA registration FRACGP (or equivalent) highly regarded Eligible for a Medicare provider number in the ACT Proven leadership experience within healthcare settings Strong understanding of clinical governance and accredited practice standards Ability to manage complex situations, including critical incidents Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Why Apply?
